I had bought a used car from a local neighbor. Drove it less than 30 miles from the Day I bought it. Of course when you buy a car from a private party there is no warranties. Long story short I was referred to Legacy Automotive. They are very professional and explained what was needed, that it could take some time.
There were parts that needed special ordered. Tom and the staff did a fantastic job getting the 2008 Ford Fusion running.

First off, I’m super hard to impress. I’m always worried about companies doing me wrong. I had lots of bad past issues with companies. Most companies these days require you to stay on top of things. Not legacy automotive. They helped me with my Mustang and gave me free advice on the electrical issue in the past. They even gave me a cheaper towing company and saved 30 bucks from the other company I used. Right then, I knew whoever owned this business was about doing quality work and ensuring their name was good and customers were cared for. Weeks later, I took my Honda Accord to them to fix the VTEC rattle. These guys didn’t cut corners; they did everything I needed. I had a spreadsheet of all the items I needed done without even having to worry if they would cut corners. Tom showed me pictures of everything they would do, and he was super chill with my ocd. He stayed on the phone with me for 45 minutes, reviewing everything with all my questions and my ocd type personality. I had many bad companies do me wrong, so I was initially skeptical. But Tom wasn’t like that at all. He is a wonder guy. Communication was spot on. I can’t ask for a better company. The owner, Mark, ever personally reached out to ensure I was good and thanked me for my business. Call me old school here, but this doesn’t exist often. These guys are my go-to from now on. Also, the lady at the front desk is so kind and warm to customers. The mechanics are top-notch here. I would give them 10 stars if I could. It's the best place around for a personality like mine. This was a fantastic experience. I took my car in for maintenance services. I made a drop off appointment, but, they do offer appoinments for those times when you need to wait for your car.
They were friendly, patient and helpful. The text notifications and a link to the detailed complimentary inspection report with suggested additional services made verifying and accepting the quote/cost convenient and simple.
The cost was reasonable and within my expectations. I will be back.

Second time here. First time took 1.5 days to replace schra&4 1der valve in ac. Admitted they messed up. Tried again for simple oil change, 45 minutes later still not done. Mech was busy smoking and looking at his cell phone instead of working on my car. When I pointed it out to the young lady at the front desk, she said that wasn't the mechanic. That was working on my car, but I went back a second time as he was finally we're putting it back together. And it sure indeed was. Not saying they don't do good work, but they sure as the heck take forever to do the job.

I am adding to my review. Now I can say they do bad work. After AC quit working, I removed the blue cap and saw freon leaking out of the valve. They never replaced it. I decided to take it to an automotive shop that works on AC only this morning. He said the same thing, had OEM valve which was still leaking in it. Not only that, but after recharging with the dye used for leak detection, they found a bad high-pressure line along with the valve. So the 250.00 I spent at legacy was a total waste of money. They may be decent at other things, but IMHO they suck at automotive AC work. Take it someplace else.

Helped me with my broken window on my f150. Got me in right away, fixed the window and changed the oil. 1 day in and out, Great Service and price! Thank You Legacy.. Mike M

Legacy Automotives is thorough, efficient, and accurate. Love the mechanics and Kaely who runs the front office - but I think she's a mechanic, too.

They failed to properly install my brakes July’24.

Neglecting to install a pin properly the brakes heated improperly and warped, causing a wicked shimmy while breaking at high speeds. Thousand dollar Brakes and rotors job, And I have to spend $400 at another shop to fix their problem.

This is not the first time they’ve damaged the vehicle, but it will be the last time they touch mine.

I take both my vehicles here. They make sure my vehicles stay running. But if I do have an issue, they are reliable and do excellent work at a reasonable price. You can trust these guys to fix your vehicle. If you have an issue with your vehicle this is who you need to call.

My KIA SUV was overheating due to a broken radiator. I dropped off SUV and the next day got an estimate. Work was done in a timely manner and bill was as quoted. I highly recommend this shop and I will be back for future repairs.

Vanessa and Mark have been good to us. We recently relocated here and we were not too sure where to bring our vehicles.

They have been very communicative and have not tried over sell anything to us. Their prices are fair and they have been nothing but honest.

I have been bringing out vehicles here for about 2 years to they continue to provide excellent service.

I'm from out of town and visiting family. They were able to get my car in the next day! The staff were all super nice and friendly. I brought my car in for a specific issue, and they called me after I brought my car in about an hour and a half later to explain any needs for my car. They are great trustworthy people and were not out to take my money. I really appreciated the great customer service. I would highly recommend taking your car here to get serviced!

Legacy takes such good care of my car. I have taken my car to them for a second opinion after the car dealership has told me I need tons of work, and they have directed me and saved me hundreds of dollars. Honesty is so rare nowadays, but Mark and Vanessa shine true every time. They do excellent work and I highly recommend this shop.

Legacy Automotive repaired my coolant leak in a very timely manner. The charges were reasonable and detailed. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and very organized. They checked off all the boxes.

I recently went to Tire Kingdom at Kingsley and Blanding for an alignment on my truck after my lift kit was installed. Those knuckleheads over there claimed that they couldn’t break my tie rod loose and set my truck out of angle for curvature of the road, which is essentially an old-school train of thought, being that every road is different. I contacted the guys at Legacy to do my alignment not only did they get it perfect but said that it looked as though Tire kingdom had not actually done anything. Super good honest guys who did quality work kind of last-minute for me and I really appreciate it

Very professional from start to finish. No upselling work we didn’t need. They make sure you approve all repairs ahead of time and communicate well along the way. Great locally owned place with integrity to back up their work.

Love Legacy Automotive! Fixed up my A/c and had my evap core on my Taco fixed within a day! I would give more than 5 starts if I could, I recommend them to anyone I know!

When we moved to this area, we wanted to find a trustworthy shop that was close by. We ended up going with Legacy & they have always been great. They are very honest and do not try to fix unnecessary things just to make more money. They have gone above and beyond, even ensuring I’ve been able to get my car after hours after miscommunication on my end. They are extremely reliable & straightforward. I was not only impressed by the service and repairs provided but the level of regular communications by Tom the service advisor. The shop was spotless and when I would stop to see the progress the technician provided in depth details of the progress.
